For sale uniqe car 1991, I bought this car about year ago and probably drive her twice every other month, if not less, and finally decided it to sell it because of another investment .-About the car only major service that vben done are replaced all the radiator hoses and all the rubber boots and bushings underneath and all coil packs and spark plugs replaced. Below are parts that have been installed since last ownership. I purchased car with, a 3.2 liter swap ($10k upgrade) while maintaing the original 5 speed transmission. A/c, heater, headlights, tailight, etc all work, but remember this car is 27 years old and isn't pristine and could use a little tlc. Mileage is unknown and is no where near what is presented. Being an Arizona car its entire life, looking closely at the paint you will see it has a very good shine to it but it does have a few small imperfections on it. The front bumper has some very small hardly noticeable pitting on it, but upon close inspection you will notice some very small rock chips that have been touched up as well as some very minor fading on the top of the back bumper with a couple very small scratches that have been touched up due to it being rubbed onto something at some point. All of this is not noticeable from 5 feet away, but upon looking very close at the paint you will notice what we are explaining. As this vehicle is a consignment, it was not put through our multi-day paint correction detail so you will see some very minor swirls in the clear. But if you were to spend some time detailing the exterior, the paint would look even better than it already does and some of the light flaws would probably disappear. We try to describe everything very accurately with our personal opinion and most often worse than it is really in person. As we do everything in full disclosure, please review the pictures and videos of this vehicle to get a full understanding of the exterior. As it is definitely above average for a vehicle of this age and mileage.Interior: *Condition #4The Ivory Leather Interior on this NSX is absolutely gorgeous and is definitely above average for a 28 year vehicle with 23k miles. The ivory leather seats have no tears or rips in them and shine very bright with minimal wear on the drivers bolster from getting in and out of the vehicle. The Dash is extremely clean with no fading or cracking on it at all, all of the instrument cluster lights work, the radio and power antenna both work (the radio does make some light cracking sound through the speakers depending on the station), the flip up headlights work, the air blows ice cold, the power seats work, the power mirrors work, and the power door locks work. The only downside really noticeable in the interior is the trim bezel around the radio does have some bubbling in the paint, in the backside from the Arizona heat. The trunk compartment is very clean and the vehicle comes with a factory key and factory books. Overall, the interior is very clean and definitely above average for the age and miles.Mechanically: *Condition #4.5Mechanically, this NSX just had a fresh oil changed runs and drives very straight and solid down the road. Unfortunately we do not have a paper service trail from the original owner. I can tell you that this car does run and drive very well and does not leak any fluids at all on the ground. The tires are brand new Bridgestone tires, which are the factory correct tires. Even though they don't make the exact original tire, we kept the same factory brand. Of course, they were all bulletproof in typical Honda fashion, so many of them were used hard and put away wet. But this 1991 Acura NSX with just 62,352 original miles almost looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. A lot of folks think of the NSX as a Japanese... Ferrari, but I think that does the NSX a grave disservice. If you look at it, it's really like nothing else before or since, with a radical cab-forward design that was expressly made to resemble a fighter jet's canopy. The low nose and neatly integrated rear spoiler are done with noteworthy ease and the whole thing doesn't seem to be trying too hard to be racy. It just is. Of course, deep black paint with that blacked-out cockpit pretty much eliminates any chance of going unnoticed, but that's the price of stardom. That's factory paint, by the way, and if you have any doubts about Honda's ability to deliver a product worth more than $65,000 (in 1991 dollars), you need only look at the ripple-free panels on this NSX. Thanks to smart design, it isn't prone to scraping its chin on driveway aprons, either, so all the nose pieces are nicely preserved and the rockers haven't been sandblasted by road debris. Obviously, someone cherished this car. Despite the mid-engined layout, Honda managed to make the NSX as comfortable and user-friendly as an Accord. No longer could an exotic car claim that being cramped, hot, uncomfortable, and using balky switch gear was a sign of character, and it wasn't too long after this that the big names got serious about improving quality and user-friendliness. The deeply bolstered black leather seats are very nicely preserved with only very minor comfort marks and the rest of the interior is equally nice, and as a Honda, everything works as you'd expect. The A/C is effective, the aftermarket AM/FM/CD stereo sounds great thanks to plenty of sound-dampening materials and great aerodynamics, and everything was standard so you don't have to worry about owning a stripped NSX. Heck, there's even usable trunk space both up front and in back! You know Honda was serious about the NSX when they filled the 3.0-liter V6 with titanium connecting rods and ultra-light aluminum pistons. The result is an engine that loves to rev and shrieks to its 7500 RPM redline like an F1 racer, and remember, this was 28 years ago! Keep it boiling and the engine was devastating on the street and thanks to a slick-shifting 4-speed automatic transmission, it's easy to just point and shoot your way through traffic. And if you have worries about maintenance, don't sweat it, because this low ownership beauty has signs of regular maintenance throughout. Honda's legendary A-arm suspension delivers superlative handling (as well as that low cowl) and it's fitted with four-wheel disc brakes whose specifications might seem modest, but thanks to an intensive weight-control program, are more than adequate for the flyweight NSX. General Terms Terms & Conditions We recognize the need for complete transparency when buying/selling vehicles on eBay. That said, we did not build, modify, or have the luxury of personal ownership that would give us the advantage of knowing all unknown aspects of each vehicle. Transparency is king and were happy to try and answer ALL questions our customers might have prior to purchasing. Additionally, we welcome and encourage independent inspections (see Inspection statement below). FEES: A documentation fee of $199 will be added to the purchase price at the time of sale. Sale price does not include any Title, License, Registration, State or Local Taxes or Processing Fees. We recommend you familiarize yourself with your individual states taxes, transfer, or additional fees. AVAILABILITY: Please inquire prior to purchase to assure any advertised vehicle is not already sold. We advertise across multiple platforms where a vehicle can sell in a moments notice. Vehicles may be sold prior to eBay listing end, and we reserve the right to end listings early or to cancel bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. CONTACT: Note that you may hear from us after to the sale, but if you are a winning bidder, click a Buy-It-Now, or we accept your eBay Offer, it is your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours. INSPECTION: VERY IMPORTANT. If a buyer chooses to buy sight unseen (many of our buyers choose this option) the buyer accepts the vehicle AS-IS and understands we cannot address concerns post sale. For this reason, its important all concerns are addressed prior to purchase. We make every effort to present accurate and reliable information, but use of this information is voluntary, and should only be deemed reliable after an independent review of its accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer to verify the existence of options, accessories and the vehicle condition before time of sale. PAYMENT: We require a non-refundable $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning or commitment to purchase. Full payment is required within 7 days of offer acceptance unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. If deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said timeframe, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered void. For balance of payment we will accept bank wire transfer (preferred), cashiers check, or personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears).We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers. SHIPPING: We have access to a network of private and commercial carriers. Most of them can deliver the vehicle to your driveway and upon your schedule. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays incurred once a vehicle is in a shippers custody. Buyers are welcomed to trailer vehicles home and we are happy to have everything ready to see you off with your new vehicle. DRIVE IT HOME: If you plan to buy and drive home, please keep some things in mind. Anything is possible when it comes to a vehicle, especially a classic or antique one. We recommend transporting all vehicles to your home first, then driving it locally. Get to know the vehicle and its tendencies before embarking on a long-distance trip. If you choose to drive your new vehicle home, buyer accepts all responsibility as we are unable to control what may take place once it leaves our facility. DOCUMENTS & VEHICLE TITLE: All purchase documents are sent immediately upon purchase. To avoid delays, we recommend returning any required documents within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 30 days for vehicle titles. Usually titles are available sooner, we ask for the extra time in the event there are unforeseen circumstances. VIN VERIFICATION: We photograph the primary VIN location of every vehicle and make sure that VIN exactly matches the vehicles current title. Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless from any disputes arising from other hidden or secondary VINs present on the vehicle as seller only verifies the primary VIN location. If needed, it is the buyers sole responsibility to verify secondary VIN locations their specific state may inspect, prior to purchase. MILEAGES: Occasionally our vehicles may be driven or simply moved around our facilities. Slight differences may occur so we recommend you confirm actual and current miles prior to purchase. CONDITION: We cover the obvious and do our best to describe our vehicles in detail. Even so, please have a transparent conversation with us before purchasing. Do be aware that all pre-owned vehicles, regardless of age, mileage, or manufacturer are subject to cosmetic wear and mechanical failure. Finally, be advised that although our sales associates are here to assist you with your purchase, they are not trained or certified vehicle inspectors. AS-IS: All vehicles are sold "AS IS" and with no warranties expressed or implied. If you choose to waive inspection, do plan to have a detailed and transparent conversation with us regarding the vehicles condition. Ask the hard questions up front.
